• Sole Proprietor Tax Return Preparation and Filing
  It is imperative that you have an experienced tax professional file your tax return if it requires the preparation of a Schedule C. With so much confusion in regard to what expenses can be reported and how to calculate inventory, we can help steer you clear of red flags and accurately report your expenses.
• Corporate Tax Services
  The success of your business these days can be dramatically affected by your tax strategies. We can keep you prepared for tax code changes and their impact on your business. We can prepare your corporate and payroll tax returns, as well as assist you with your monthly sales tax reporting.
• Estate Tax Return Preparation and Filing
  Estate tax return preparation can often be very complicated and time intensive if you do not understand the Internal Revenue Service code. We have substantial experience filing estate returns and will gladly work with you through the process.
• Mid-Year Refund/Payment Estimates
  We believe that it is important to give our clients an estimate of how much money they should expect to owe (or receive from) the Internal Revenue Service halfway through the year. To accomplish this, we can process estimates for our clients, free of charge, and will coach them through potential adjustments they can make to yield the results they desire. This service is provided upon request to current Flam Financial clients.
• Individual Taxpayer Identification Number(ITIN) Registration and Processing
  ITINs are tax processing numbers issued by the Internal Revenue Service to people who do not have or are not eligible to obtain a social security number. As an IRS Acceptance Agent, we have the ability to help compile and process your ITIN application for submission with your federal income tax return. This primarily benefits taxpayers with a spouse who does not have a taxpayer identification number and, because of this, are limited in the way they can file their return.
• Audit Support
  If you prepare your tax return, you are responsible to either represent yourself or seek out support in the event that the IRS audits your return. The IRS is working harder than ever before to ensure compliance, and with technological advancements it is easier than ever before for the IRS to identify mistakes. If we prepare your tax return, you are protected. We offer free* audit support for all tax returns we prepare for clients in good standing (current clients who do not have any delinquent tax preparation fees).

*The only costs associated with audit support on tax returns prepared by Flam Financial are for components of the tax return that must be prepared because they were not included in the original tax return. For example, if the IRS shows a client has failed to report stock transactions, and the transactions were never reported to Flam Financial when the return was prepared initially, the client will be charged the applicable price for a Schedule D that would have to be prepared and submitted to the IRS. This fee would be the same as the fee for a Schedule D during the initial tax return preparation.
