Q: What is the tax resolution process with Flam Financial?
A: Prior to offering our services to any potential tax resolution client, we begin with a free consultation. It is very important for us to gather a complete picture of your resolution needs before initiating the process. If we believe that we can resolve your tax issue, we will then proceed with requesting the power of attorney to represent you in front of the IRS. After furnishing the power of attorney (IRS Form 2848) to the IRS, we can proceed with developing a strategy to resolve your tax issue.

Q: What is the cost of your tax resolution services?
A: Our fees vary based on your tax issue. After exploring your situation during our initial consultation, we will discuss our fees and payment options.

Q: How long does it generally take to resolve tax problems?
A: The time it takes to resolve your tax issue varies depending on the complexity of your issue. While some issues can be resolved in an hour, other issues can take several months before being resolved.

Q: I do not live in Southern California. Will you still provide me with tax resolution services?
A: We prefer to work with clients that we can meet with face to face. On occasion, we will need to represent our clients during on-site visits with IRS agents. However, the majority of tax issues can be resolved remotely. Please contact us for a free consultation to determine if we can handle your resolution issues.
